External envelope and windows being installed to form a weatherproof building.
The windows have now been installed and the brickwork skin is being laid. Internal partitioning and building services installation have commenced and the interior layout of the building is now beginning to take shape.
The building is now weathertight, with brickwork skin progressing well. Internal works are now in full swing on both floors, with rooms taking shape throughout. The new entrance to the campus from Kent Road is now under construction.

Environmental controls are worked on with brise soleil installed, and work continues on forming the external amenities.
External landscaping is formed and interior construction is finalised. The building progresses from a mainly construction phase to an interior finishes phase.
Construction company Caddick's hard work is wrapping up, with the keys being handed over to us. We are now working alongside them to complete the finishing touches on the building, with focus turning to preparing the interior of the building to welcome our first cohort of students in September.
