Criminology

Pudsey Sixth Form College prospectus cover

Criminology is the study of crime, criminal behaviour and the ways society responds to offending. It looks at why people commit crimes, how some acts become defined as “criminal”, who is most likely to be punished, and whether the justice system is fair and effective. Criminology is a subject that will challenge you and change how you see the world.
