At Pudsey Sixth Form College, we believe that learning goes beyond the classroom. That’s why we offer students the chance to take part in a wide range of national and international trips, expanding their horizons and gaining invaluable experience along the way.
Through the Turing Scheme, students can embark on fully funded educational trips, developing key skills in real-world settings. These international placements provide an incredible opportunity to immerse themselves in different cultures, boost employability, and build confidence. Students from our sister college, Leeds Sixth Form College, have travelled the globe, returning with fresh perspectives, enhanced skills, and lifelong connections.
Recent trips have included visits to Botswana, Antigua, and Athens, offering students hands-on learning experiences in exciting new environments. Closer to home, students have engaged in activities such as:
- Competing in the NatWest Graduate Scheme Competition in London
- Taking part in the general election vote counting
- Visiting Oxford University to explore higher education opportunities
Whether you’re looking to develop your skills, experience new cultures, or simply challenge yourself in a new environment, our trips and excursions offer unforgettable opportunities to learn and grow.
